This President has broken so many of the promises he made to the people, that I wonder that anyone believes anything he says anymore. Remember some of these.   No more lobbyists. No more pork projects. Everything open and above board.  Complete bipartisanship. Complete discussion on every bill. No favoritism to anyone. We will keep the people informed on every issue. Everything we do will be on C-Span for all to see and discuss.  This President has broken every pledge he made and then some.  The people he brought with him  and appointed  to posts all over our government has been disastrous in the extreme.  I have done background searches on most  of them and it makes me very worried about his direction and purpose for our country. The character and past associations  of most of his appointments are very disturbing.  Communists, socialists, Marxist, and some with criminal records are all around his administration.  Some not so savory people are frequent visitors to the Obama White House.

This President said he would fundamentally change America and He is certainly doing that. I don't know how much of his kind of change we can stand.  Nothing is being done about jobs or the economy but all his energies go to passing a bill that will be a disaster if it is enacted. Nobody wants this bill except the lobbyists and drug companies and unions. They have made so many exceptions and exclusions it will be a financial disaster for this country.  This bill will be social security for all lawyers and a bonanza for drug companies. If you really want to know the direction this administration is heading then just listen to what Maxine Waters had to say in a slip of the tongue that came from her heart.  We will Socialize America " and we will be taking over and running your companies".   Thats what she said to the executives from the oil companies before congress. Thats whats behind the whole Obama administration as far as I can tell. Where does he find all these people that want to tear America down and replace it with their own kind of socialist empire? It is incredible to me that he has deceived the American public this long and only now are most Americans getting wise to all the broken promises. His saying  one thing and doing another.

A great practiced speaker that is only now being found out for what he really is.  I will leave that for history to put a name on.  I remember what my parents told me once and I am sure many other parents have told their children the same thing.  You will be known by the company you keep.  Birds of a feather flock together.   And my favorite:  You can fool some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time , but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.  Truth shall win out.  We have to find a new generation of politicians . The ones that have a goal to accomplish and a reason to seek office.  When they do whatever it was they set out to do, then go home and be part of America they helped to build. We do not need career politicians that don't know what it means to hold a job,  build a business,  or work for a living..  Most poiticians today have never had the disipline of military service and the character building it provides.  Thats another pet peeve of mine.  The way we treat our military people both while active in service and veterans.  We have an obligation to those who served and especially to their families.  Besides wasting money on the global warming farce and green projects that have no value to todays problems with unemployment  and the economy.

The green revolution has crippled our economy and driven business overseas rather than deal with crazy rules and regulations dreamed up by the EPA and all the left wing lunatics.  They will not let us build a new refinery in America and yet they change the blending of fuels for every state so that refineries cannot produce enough gasoline and the costs go through the roof. In statements before congress, members of Shell oil and other executives from other oil companies said the price of oil is so high because congress will not let them drill off our coasts. We have plenty of oil right here.  They will not let us build refineries, or new power plants.   New technologies allow many new ways to remove oil from wells considered dry. Every move is blocked by environmentalists claiming damage to the environment.  Nonsense. We can drill sideways into oil fields and spills are a thing of the past. Well blowouts are the problem now because of sweetheart deals between oil companies and politicians looking for donations to campaign coffers. Allowing B P a special waiver not to be forced to use blowout caps so far out in deep water because of the costs. Look at what it will cost them now. Japan has found safe, clean ways to dispose of nuclear waste and we are not allowed to use it.   Spent fuel can be blended into concrete blocks and set onto the ocean floor with no danger to the environment or the water.   We have enough clean burning methane on the ocean floor all around our countries coasts to last us hundreds of years. We have enough oil in the tar sand and shale deposits under the Rocky Mountains, in Wyoming, Utah, and other states as well as Alaska to make Saudi Arabia have fits. If we were to stop buying their oil, their kingdom would  have to scramble to find buyers at their inflated prices and they would all have to adjust the fabulous  lifestyles they enjoy now.

If the demogogues of the green revolution and the EPA with their phony  global warming  left wing lunatics would get out of the way we might really be able to advance energy conservation on a realistic level.  We could find many ways to conserve  emissions from coal, oil, methane, and nuclear if we placed as much emphasis on research as we do on restricting every plan to increase our supply of energy. We already have enough oil in our country and along our coasts plus Alaska to supply our needs for well over 300 years. We have enough methane on the bottom of the gulf of mexico and the continental shelves to also last for hundreds of years. A clean fuel like methane could supply clean burning auto fuel in liquid form for interim use for many years while we find ways to supply cheaper fuel sources for electric cars or hydrogen fueled cars. The EPA has come up with some hair brained edicts they want to force down our throats that would raise electric rate to almost quadruple of what they are now. We cannot stand anymore of this global warming farce that will bankrupt our economy and throw millions out of work. To satisfy the ravings of a bunch of lunatics that falsify records and manipulate figures until it comes out the way they want it to. Al Gore and many other have been made millionaires out of investing in green companies and giving lectures and speeches all over America for so much a speech. The corruption is rampant.

I don't know how much longer we can stand the hipocracy and deal making behind closed doors.  Buying votes from Senators looking to feather their nests after they get kicked out of office. Paying off debts to unions with sweetheart deals for their support in the election that put him there. Acorn has still not been put out of business and the SEIU goons breaking up town hall meetings and starting fights to blame on the citizens. Filling the meeting halls with their own people to stifle peoples voices. Going to tea party gatherings and starting trouble to blame on the people there. Newspapers doing their best to place blame on peaceful Americans and not covering the truth about who starts the trouble. They intentionally showed the march on Washington as if only a few thousand people were there, when their were hundreds of thousands of people who showed up. They downplay what the good citizens of this country are doing and play up the fanciful image of wild crazy people who don't understand how government is helping them. Socialists all.  When they finally get what they want, socialism, communism, they will find out, they will be the first to be done away with. We can't have a free press that might tell people what is going on.

The stimulus plan was a total mess with money being dispensed like a slot machine to whomever grabbed first and money just slipped away. No one knows where it went and who got what. I can imagine that it went to many friends to pay off debts and grow favored businesses. $780 billion dollars created very few real jobs and went down the rabbit hole. It probably cost Americans more than a million dollars a job for friends and cronnies of somebody. It cost $18 million to set up the website for Recovery.com. I could have made a website that could have saved $15 million and done a better job of it.  I have no doubt that most of the money is squirreled away for use when needed by Obama and his croonies to support the attempt to influence the Nov elections.  They know they will lose a great many seats unless they can blitz the airwaves with propaganda for democrats.  Please don't be fooled by rhetoric.  Look at what they did and not what they said.  Obama has the knack of looking you right in the eye and lying to your face without showing the slightest shame or looking evasive.  He has had much practice at lying to the American people.  Look at his campaign promises.

I for one cannot believe anything this President says because of his track record for telling the truth.  He is using every trick in his arsenal to subvert, manipulate, and decieve the American people from his true objective of turning this country into a Socialist empire run by him and the people behind him.  It is a long list of subversives that go all the way back to the 60s.   It is said that Obama got his political start in the living room of Socialist/communist Bill Ayres who was a  founder of   the Weather underground, a terrorist movement in the 1960s & 70s that bombed federal buildings along with his wife Bernadine Dohrn.    Obama's life has been one very long deception to the American people. He has carefully hidden his real objectives under his perfected ability to speak very well and his practised look and speaking mannerisms to make people believe what he says to them. He has gone back on every promise he ever made to the people of this country. He has no concience as far as I can tell, about the lies he tells, while knowing full well he has no intention of carrying them out. As far as I can figure out he will be held in check after November and he has no chance in 2012. I am afraid he will have this government crippled with desperate tries to subvert the Constitution by the time the new electors take office in Febuary 2011.

I don't know what will happen between now and Febuary when the newly elected people will take office to try and undo what Obama has done so far. The budget must be taken back to normal and the Obama agenda to spend and spend us into bankruptcy must be stopped. Cuts must be made and budgets enforced where, if we don't have it they cannot spend it.  The lockbox of Social Security must be reestablished for the funds to stay seperate from the general funds. The age limit to retire must be raised to around 70.  People are living longer and healthier lives. It is time.  This president and the democratic party have consistently gone so far to the left and joined the progressive party and become socialists/communists or as close to them as is possible. The democratic party is not the same party as John F Kennedy's  or Robert Kennedy's middle of the road party.  They would be appalled at what it has become.  Health care must be defunded as well as most of Obama's hair brained programs from cap and trade to " To big to fail " expendatures.  It is time to get back to reality and stop runaway programs that automatically increase every year.  Every program and every department must be justified every year and un-needed programs must be discarded. Why are we still paying farmers not to grow certain crops. Every program once started takes on a life of its own and is never closed or discarded. They also keep growing their budgets every year. It has to stop.  But thats another story.  Keep going America and put an end to the nonsense. God Bless America.
